Currently Society of Paws ships throughout the US.

For orders over $100, we offer free shipping.  For orders under $100, we charge a simple, flat rate shipping charge of $9.

Orders shipping from our warehouse will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.  Some products may ship directly from our manufacturers.  In this case, orders may take up to 5 business days to process.  We will email you if processing of your order is delayed for any reason.

We understand, sometimes things don’t work out. Online purchases of new, unused items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at support@societyofpaws.com.  Please include your order number and your name.  We’ll send you further instructions and information to complete your return.

Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of receipt. Please note that some credit cards take up to 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. We’ll send you a return update once we have received and are processing your refund request.  Please note, that we currently do not offer pre-paid return labels and your original shipping charges are not refunded.
